Just a short note without comments on our remodeling project. As we’re sure you know, everybody hears horror stories about contractors (they don’t show up as scheduled, they work for a few hours and then disappear for days, always have an excuse as to why something wasn’t done, etc). We had none of these issues with your employees/company, so we have no horror stories of our own to pass on. Communication with Phil and the rest of your employees was open, our concerns were addressed, our questions explained in detail and as you promised, your employees were here everyday. You provided us a phenomenal team. We were lucky to have them assigned to this project. In addition to knowing their trades, more importantly, they are personable, professional and great to work with. They were responsive, explained things and worked with us on any concerns or issues. Most of all, they took very good care of our dogs and as you know, this is very important to us. Phil was always upbeat, fun to work with and explained things in detail so there could be no misunderstanding. He kept us informed as to what the next step was, did a great job keeping things moving along and was willing to work around our schedule. The kitchen cabinets…what can we say….. WOW!! They are fantastic. We are pleased with the entire process. It went according to plan with the completion date as scheduled. We will recommend your company without hesitation.
