Doug Bartels—President & CEO
Bartels & Missey, Inc. was first founded by Doug Bartels in 1976, then called Bartels Insulation, Co., to serve as an energy conservation initiative during the 1970’s energy crisis. He is currently responsible for setting strategic growth plans and financial goals for Bartels & Missey, Inc. and on a daily basis you can find him providing technical support to field personnel, reviewing on site quality, and being a direct communications link to our customers during the sales process.
Steve Missey—Secretary & COO
Steve Missey is one of two principals of Bartels & Missey Inc., Peach Development, and Accu-Aire Heating and Cooling. He is currently responsible for building company culture, setting direction and Capital Allocation. He shares responsibilities with his partner Doug for day-to-day operations of the company and for all residential and project sales development.
Phil Braasch—Project Management
Phil, who has been with Bartels & Missey since 2003, serves as our focal point after the sale. He is directly responsible for all aspects of Project Management for residential, commercial and military job sites. He creates an environment, which leads to successful projects in which performance quality, completion time and final costs are within prescribed limits and tolerances. Phil will guide you and your project to seamless job completion.
